FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I like to consider my business open 24/7 in the sense where I am forever working behind the scenes to make sure my clients are well taken care of. However, I do ask when reaching out for inquiries of any kind to please give me up to 72 hours to respond. I do try my very best to check emails daily, but sometimes life happens. I truly appreciate your patience & can't wait to talk more. 

I live in Gouverneur, but willing to travel anywhere for a wedding. As far as normal portrait sessions go, I am always up for an adventure; especially where maternity & seniors are concerned! Lifestyle sessions are my favorite, and if you don't feel like your home is worthy of one, let's find an AIRBNB that fits your vibe! 

All retainers must be paid via invoice utilizing a debit/credit card. I do accept cash & on the spot credit/debit cards at time of session. For larger collections I am working on looking into accepting Afterpay/Affirm. I do believe you may use pay in four type services as well by way of their virtual cards provided to you depending on your purchasing power upon receiving invoice. 

This truly has multiple factors attached. I edit galleries in the order I take the sessions. Depending on the workload, galleries can take anywhere from a week (family) to 12 weeks (weddings)..I do always give same day sneak peeks for every kind of session (birth depends on the time we finish of course, I may need sleep before I can edit)... I appreciate all the patience given to me while you wait for your galleries & I never mind a friendly check in either! Should anything cause a delay in gallery editing, I always try to reach out with a heads up (sick kiddos for example I may step away for a day).. 

For prints I do like to say 1-2 weeks for delivery because printing labs sometimes vary on their turn around as well.. but they usually do come quickly!

My cancellation policy looks like the following: If you cancel with in 24 hours of your session you are charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you have paid any monies above the retainer the monies will be refunded LESS the cancellation fee. Emergencies happen, which is why I do allow a one-time free rescheduling option before we resort to having to cancel entirely.
